I will sit down and read through your manuscript to give me an overall feel for your voice, characters, plot and setting. Following that, your pages will be re-read to provide a developmental edit in all areas to ensure consistency of voice, characters that ring true and believability.
You will be provided with a written deliverable summarizing all aspects of your work as well as a line edited copy and consultation.
Depending on the length of the work and where you are in your process, this review can be done in two portions: one up front and one after you’ve made some changes.
In addition to developmental editing, any notable issues with grammar, spelling and formatting will be addressed, however this should not substitute for a professional proofreader.
